Genetics or hardwork
I would like to know what your thoughts are on whether people get in shape because of how they are made or the hard work that they put in? The basketball team has been conditioning now for four weeks and some players are still not in shape but other players are. Some people think that the reason why some of the player are not in shape is becasue of the food they eat. Some players eat Mcdonalds, Sheetz, or Fried foods everyday but does that really have factor on their conditioning? Personally I don't think so, my eating habits are terrible but I work hard to stay in shape. Please send me some feedback if you have any on genetics or hardwork.

I think that your work ethic dictates how much and what you can eat. I'm sure that genetic's play some roll. However if you do not eat healthy and do not work out on a consistant basis I think it will be much more difficult for you to get into shape as compared to someone who eats right and works out consistantly each week.
