weight loss
I hear all day about people going on diets but do they ever work, and I see people working out and walking more than I ever have seen before. I do not know the stats about how many more people are physically active today than in other years. My questions is with people going on diets, working out and walking more than ever then way are so many people over weight and way can't they lose weight?

I believe that a lot of people dont succeed in losing weight because they dont diet correctly. People try to cut back so much that they end up starving. Finally they break and begin to eat, but over eat. I also believe that people dont realize how much energy they are taking in compared to the energy they are expending. They may go run for 20 minutes but not burn off all the the calories that they took in that day which obviously will not allow them to loose weight. People need to keep track of the "diet" actually eat to loose weight and choose the right foods to loose weight as well as exercise. Put out more than you take in and the person will easily loose weight. Easier said than done though, trust I know!!!
I agree with that people do not eat the right foods, and they do not exercise enough so that is why people struggle to lose weight.
